This course is intended for Christian women who want to build practical ways to improve their confidence. It's for women have been uncomfortable with modern, self-esteem techniques because they aren't biblically sound. This course is for women who are ready to see themselves as God sees them.
There are no prerequisites but you will need a few tools for success! A mirror or some way to see yourself. A full length mirror is even better. If you don't have a mirror, use your phone's selfie camera! You will also have to be willing. This practice is only transformative to those who are open to being vulnerable with themselves. The last thing I would suggest is your Bible. I'm not kidding when I say that your Afhermations™️ should be biblically backed. I'm creating your own affirmations, it will be helpful to have your own Bible.
